Special book bindery is characterized by a selection of appropriate materials and special care in every operation, which provides exceptional durability, suitable for documents needing long time storage. We do also restoration of the books – our staff, trained by a professional with years of experience in the renovation of old library in the PAS (Polish Academy of Sciences), are able to restore even the most damaged books.

Office book bindery – detailed information
Book block is stitched manually using special strong threads and bands. Before bindery – if necessary, individual pages are demolded, as well as glued and reinforced.bactericide and fungicide.
Cover is made from few layers of cardboard and covered with bindery canvas, when the corners and the spine are enforced with linen canvas to ensure maximum durability of the book. Canvases used are produced exclusively at our special order. Visible printing on the spine specifies the book’s contents, eg. the volume reference number. On the cover there is a special place for a laminated label with book details.
We specially developed additional strengthening of the spine to prevent its rupture, which allows book removal from even tight set of rows on the shelves.
Spine break is a common damage of the cover made by other bindery companies; Unintentional spine break of the book covered by our company, occurred before ten years of usagewill be a subject to unpaid warranty repair.
Cover colors used:

while maintaining a uniform, natural color linen on the spine and corners, as well as black printing on the spine.
